The following Refund Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between Aura Pearl ("we", "our", "us") and you, our valued customer. By purchasing products from our website (https://www.aurapearl.co.uk), you expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy. It is advised that you read and understand this document fully. Conditions for Refunds

Refund requests will only be considered if the product is determined to be defective or damaged upon receipt. You must inform us of any defective or damaged items within 12 hours of delivery by emailing info@aurapearl.co.uk. All notifications must be accompanied by photographic evidence clearly demonstrating the defect or damage.

To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must:

- Be unused and unworn;

- Be in its original condition and packaging;

- Include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation).

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

- Earrings, due to hygiene considerations;

- Custom-made or personalised items;

- Items with minor natural variations or characteristics inherent in handcrafted jewellery;

- Items damaged due to improper handling, wear, or failure to follow product care instructions provided at the point of sale or delivery;

- Products returned without prior authorisation.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it thoroughly and notify you of our decision by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product, to your original payment method. Aura Pearl reserves the right to apply deductions from your refund, including a restocking fee of up to 30%, if returned items are not compliant with the conditions stated in this policy.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns unless explicitly stated otherwise by Aura Pearl. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit back to us.

Chargeback and Fraud Prevention

Aura Pearl strictly monitors chargeback activities. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback without prior communication and resolution efforts with us will be contested. Persistent, fraudulent, or suspicious refund activities will result in permanent customer account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities, financial institutions, or fraud prevention agencies.
